2 · Qué es Aurix

Aurix es una herramienta para registrar, ordenar y entender tu patrimonio: tú introduces lo que tienes y Aurix lo valora, lo representa en el tiempo y te ayuda a interpretarlo con análisis y simulaciones.

Qué NO es

• No es asesoramiento financiero, ni de inversión, ni fiscal, ni legal. Ninguna cifra, análisis, proyección o simulación de Aurix es una recomendación de comprar, vender o mantener nada.
• No es un bróker ni una entidad de pago. Aurix no custodia, no ejecuta operaciones y no mueve tu dinero.
• No promete rentabilidad. Las simulaciones son orientativas y parten de supuestos que eliges tú; el resultado real puede ser distinto.

Las decisiones que tomes con la información de Aurix son tuyas.

3 · Los datos que ves

Tu cartera la introduces tú. Aurix no se conecta a tu banco ni a tu bróker, así que lo que muestra es tan exacto como lo que hayas registrado.

Las cotizaciones proceden de proveedores externos y son orientativas: pueden llegar con retraso, contener errores del proveedor o faltar. Cuando un dato no está disponible, Aurix lo dice en vez de inventar un valor.

4 · Tu cuenta

• Se accede con un código de un solo uso enviado a tu correo. Mantener el acceso a ese buzón es lo que protege tu cuenta.
• La cuenta es personal: no la compartas. Quien reciba el código entra.
• Debes tener capacidad legal para contratar. Edad mínima: PENDIENTE: decisión del titular.

5 · Planes y precios

Aurix tiene un plan Free gratuito y un plan Premium de pago:

• Premium anual — 69,99 € al año (IVA incluido cuando proceda).
• Premium mensual — 7,99 € al mes (IVA incluido cuando proceda).

Los importes son en euros y son los que verás en la pantalla de compra: Aurix no inicia un cobro si el precio anunciado no coincide exactamente con el que el proveedor de pago va a cobrar.

Cualquier cambio de precio se aplicará a renovaciones futuras y se comunicará antes de que ocurra. PENDIENTE: plazo de preaviso.

6 · Suscripción, renovación y cancelación

• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada periodo hasta que la canceles.
• Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde Ajustes → Gestionar mi plan, que abre el portal de cliente de Stripe. La cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo ya pagado: conservas Premium hasta entonces.
• También desde ahí puedes cambiar entre mensual y anual y actualizar tu método de pago.
• Al volver a Free no se borra nada tuyo: tus activos, tu histórico y tus documentos siguen ahí; lo que dejas de tener son las funciones de pago.
• Si un cobro falla, Premium puede suspenderse hasta que el pago se regularice.

7 · Uso aceptable

No se puede usar Aurix para actividades ilícitas, ni intentar acceder a datos de otras cuentas, ni atacar o sobrecargar el servicio, ni extraer automáticamente sus datos, ni revender el acceso.

8 · Disponibilidad y cambios del producto

Aurix está en evolución continua: se añaden, cambian y retiran funciones. Cuando una función deja de estar disponible, se dice.

El servicio puede interrumpirse por mantenimiento o por fallos de los proveedores de los que depende. PENDIENTE: compromiso de disponibilidad, si el titular decide asumir alguno.

9 · Responsabilidad, garantías y ley aplicable

PENDIENTE: redacción con asesoramiento legal. No se incluye aquí ninguna cláusula de limitación de responsabilidad, garantía, ley aplicable ni jurisdicción: escribirlas sin criterio jurídico sería peor que no tenerlas.

2 · What Aurix is

Aurix is a tool to record, organise and understand your wealth: you enter what you hold, and Aurix values it, shows it over time and helps you interpret it with analysis and simulations.

What it is NOT

• It is not financial advice, nor investment, tax or legal advice. No figure, analysis, projection or simulation in Aurix is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
• It is not a broker or a payment institution. Aurix does not hold custody, does not execute trades and does not move your money.
• It promises no returns. Simulations are indicative and built on assumptions you choose; real outcomes may differ.

The decisions you make with the information in Aurix are yours.

3 · The data you see

You enter your own portfolio. Aurix does not connect to your bank or broker, so what it shows is only as accurate as what you recorded.

Quotes come from external providers and are indicative: they may be delayed, contain provider errors or be missing. When a figure is unavailable, Aurix says so instead of inventing a value.

4 · Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keeping access to that mailbox is what protects your account.
• The account is personal: do not share it. Whoever receives the code gets in.
• You must have legal capacity to contract. Minimum age: PENDING: owner decision.

5 · Plans and prices

Aurix has a free Free plan and a paid Premium plan:

• Premium annual — €69.99 per year (VAT included where applicable).
• Premium monthly — €7.99 per month (VAT included where applicable).

Amounts are in euros and are the ones shown on the purchase screen: Aurix does not start a charge if the advertised price does not exactly match what the payment provider would charge.

Any price change applies to future renewals and will be communicated beforehand. PENDING: notice period.

6 · Subscription, renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage my plan, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep Premium until then.
• From there you can also switch between monthly and annual and update your payment method.
• Moving back to Free deletes nothing of yours: your assets, history and documents stay; what you lose is access to the paid features.
• If a payment fails, Premium may be suspended until the payment is settled.

7 · Acceptable use

You may not use Aurix for unlawful activity, attempt to access other accounts’ data, attack or overload the service, scrape its data automatically, or resell access.

8 · Availability and product changes

Aurix evolves continuously: features are added, changed and retired. When a feature stops being available, we say so.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance or by failures of the providers it depends on. PENDING: availability commitment, if the owner decides to make one.

9 · Liability, warranties and governing law

PENDING: drafting with legal advice. No limitation of liability, warranty, governing law or jurisdiction clause is included here: writing them without legal judgement would be worse than not having them.
